Bond Street station is located in Central London approximately 100m south of Oxford Street. Running parallel to Oxford Street, the station comprises 2 new ticket halls connect by 10.2mØOD, 250m long platform tunnels 15m to 16m to crown below ground level. The location of the works and site layout are shown in Figures 1 and 2 respectively. The area is home to a number of antique dealers, high end fashion boutiques, department stores and luxury apartments. Buildings in the area are typically 4 to 5 stories high Grade II listed dating back to the mid-18 century. Due to the high value, fragile nature and protected status of many of the building the control of ground movement was of the utmost importance.
