  In the decision-making process that underlies the design of sustainable infrastructure, it is becoming fundamentally important to identify the right project, the project that best fits into its territorial context, responds to the needs of the community, generates quality of life benefits, and improves public transport. For that purpose, Italferr has developed operational guidelines for managing and enhancing the Stakeholder Engagement process in infrastructure development projects that identify innovative digital systems to listen the sentiment of the communities envolved and address specific Sustainability Analysis to explore the environmental and social aspects related to the project with a view to developing the Territory.
