  Brief Introduction of New Key Equipment for Shield Tunnel Emergency Rescue System

  This paper provides a detailed introduction of multiple innovative key equipment for the shield tunnel emergency rescue system on the basis of a series of dangerous situations encountered during construction of shield tunnel, such as "land subsidence", "water inrush and inflow" and "collapse". The assembled rapid segment support frame reduces the risk of segment collapse; the developed rapid borehole drilling and backfilling robot solves difficult problems such as remote control of collapse treatment, difficulty in chiseling concrete surface and low emergency rescue efficiency; the omnibearing high-pressure jet grouting machine solves the construction problem that vertical reinforcement under the ground cannot be carried out; the drilling-and-grouting integrated drill pipe solves the problem for simultaneous construction of drilling, grouting and high-pressure jet grouting; the multi-mode drainage rescue vehicle solves the problems of scattered equipment, complicated process and many operators in traditional pumping operation; and the intelligent steel lining erector is suitable for segment steel ring reinforcement and comprehensive treatment of water leakage.
