  Influencing Factors of Metro Light Environment Satisfaction

  In this paper, all the operating stations in Chengdu are selected to measure the illuminance values of different areas in the field, and the passengers are surveyed online. Then the SPSS is used to analyze the survey data, and the principal component analysis method is used to classify the factors affecting passenger satisfaction in different regions. The conclusion is that for the entrance and exit areas and the platform area, the psychological factor index has a greater impact on satisfaction; in the stair area and the station area, the visual factor index has a greater impact on satisfaction. Finally, this paper proposes corresponding improvement suggestions for different regions to improve the satisfaction of the light environment of the subway station.
