Email: haint@hau.edu.vn ABTRACT: The spirit of Sustainable Development can be encapsulated in " the development that can meet current needs without affecting, damaging the ability to meet the needs of future generations... ". This paper introduces models of underground service center combined pedestrian transport, which is the solution to underground space exploitation adaptation to Vietnamese urban conditions, in accordance with two important aspects of sustainable urban development: services that meet higher and higher living standards in parallel with utilizing urban land resources.
