When the contractor is invited to a project with information of short interpretation report with few borehole logs, then it would not be an easy task to quickly determine whether the project is viable and to participate in the tender. The decision can only be made after the cost estimation came up with tender design and corresponding quantity survey. However, tender design demands time and cost or actual investment as it involves the design firm. Moreover, the cost could be an obstacle for the contractor to correctly decide participation. If the design system as a tender tool is available, then the tender process can be a lot easier with far less expenses as the modules will do the work with few operators involved. This paper will deal with the modules for the design system and application case of those.
