  Rock Bolts as Permanent Support

  This paper describes the development of the CT-bolt®. Looking into the history of rock support and the different types of rock support. The CT-Bolt® was developed in 1994 to meet the requirements of Public Road Authorities. The bolt is designed to last up to 100 years in highly corrosive environments and is the last global innovation of rock bolts.
