Segmental lining for tunnel support in shield TBM method refers to the precast segment built in the factory. In most TBM tunnel segments, many rebar is used to reinforce concrete. So reducing the rebar cost is significant in TBM shield tunnel construction method. Therefore, reinforcing the steel fiber instead of rebar can improve economical efficiency as well as structural safety, which increase use of SFRC segment method globally. The goal of this study is to develop the commonly usable structural design tool of SFRC segment. For this purpose, we developed SFRC segment design tool based on ITA Guidance (2016) through conducting survey of various design methods for SFRC segment. In addition, we confirmed the factor that resisting force of segment is increased when steel fiber tensile strength is increased.
