Automated Structural Evaluation of Tunnels in Service
Over the last years, the number and length of great tunnels, particularly those of railway lines and underground lines, are significantly increasing, their traffic volume is growing and their maintenance periods are being reduced. As a consequence, their management and maintenance require new inspection techniques. By performing regular automated inspections of the state of conservation and deterioration of the tunnels (presence of cracks, breaks, deformations or bulges, damp areas, etc.) using high-performance systems, it is possible to manage the infrastructure risks for the user and to maintain the safety during operation.Recipient :
