Depending on the central square underground parking of Yitian town in the Shenzhen of Guangdong province in China and for the harmonious development idea, the practical problems and solved method have been introduced during the design and construction process considered environment, engineering safety and economic benefit, etc. The underground parking has two layers which are located above the metro. The total building area is about 58000m2. The depth of covering soil is only 1.3m and there is no high rise building. However, the groundwater level is high. All the factors resulted in the contradiction between the buoyancy and upper load. In order to reduce the investment and harmoniously develop the underground structure as well as surrounding the uplift pile was changed to the water release to reduce the pressure.
